One thing that makes us different is that we issue invoices for you, we call them Payment ID. This is why it is important that you make sure that all your payment information is updated and correct in your Berba profile, from your TAX Identification Number to the preferred method of payment (bank transfer or PayPal).
Payment IDs will include your personal information and all the details of the projects that will be paid to you in that month. This information will be drawn from the Purchase Orders (POs) you have been sent when assigned to those projects. After you receive the Payment ID from us via email, digitally sign it and send it back to us, then we will proceed with the payment.
Payments will occur in the next month after your translation’s deadline. This means that all the jobs completed in January, for example, will be paid at the end of February.
An exception to this process occurs when your projects haven’t reached the amount of 50€. In this case, the payment will be processed once you reach or surpass those 50€ or after 3 months have passed if your projects haven’t got to the minimum amount.
For example, if you deliver in January a project that amounts to 7€, other projects in February that add to 30€, and another in March of 3€ (in total, 40€), you will be paid at the end of April.
However, if you deliver in January a project that amounts to 7€ and in February another that adds to 50€ (in total, 57€), you will be paid at the end of March.
