I'm a company/individual​

With our platform we want to simplify things and allow you to find the best match to your needs.

We are constantly adding new combinations, but unfortunately for the moment we can’t offer all the languages we want. You will be notified as soon as we add new ones.

Yes! Even though we are not offering those services at the moment, we will add them soon. We’ll notify you as soon as we make other services available on the platform.

If you only have a PDF version of your file, freelancers have 3 options:

  1. Reject the offer.
  2. Apply an extra fee for (pre-)formatting.
  3. Apply the normal rate and indicate in a note in the quote that they will deliver the translation done directly in a word document with no formatting.

If you only have a scanned version of your file, freelancers have 3 options:

  1. Reject the offer.
  2. Apply an extra fee for (pre-)formatting.
  3. Apply the normal rate and indicate in a note in the quote that they will deliver the translation done directly in a word document with no formatting.

Once you choose a quote from the offers that freelancers have sent for your texts, you’ll have to pay using your preferred payment method.

You will be able to access all the invoices for your projects from the section Billing and payments in your profile.

If you need to change the content or the instructions during the translation process, the freelancer will review it and decide if it is something they can do for free. However, if the changes are major or the additions to the content are significant, they will ask you to send another offer to them.

If you need to change the delivery date, the freelancer will review it and check if they can make it. If they are able to meet your new deadline, be aware that they can either keep the same rate or apply an additional fee for the urgency. If they consider the project as urgent, they will ask you to send a new offer to them. Then, they will mark the word count as 0 and only add the rush fee that you have agreed on. If you can’t reach an agreement with the freelancer, please contact the Support Team.

You have 14 days to mark the project as Approved. During that period, you can ask for terminology or style changes, for example. However, there are 14 more extra days in which you can request more changes, but in this case, you will need to reach out to the Support Team. Once these 14 days have passed, the project will be set as Complete, and no more requests for changes will be allowed.

If you need to add or change the content after the delivery, the freelancer will review it and decide if it is something they can do for free. However, if the changes are major, they will ask you to send another offer to them.

If your question is not among the most frequently asked, you have different options:

  • If it is related to the translation (prices, formats, deadlines, changes…), you can directly talk to the freelancer.
  • If it is related to the platform, you can contact us via chat.
  • If it is impossible to contact the freelancer and the stipulated time has passed, or if you have a dispute with the freelancer that you cannot resolve, you can contact us via chat.

Please bear in mind that after 14 total days from the delivery of the project, no more requests for changes will be allowed.

I'm a translator​

Yes, we seek to offer the best talent to our clients, so we will require you to demonstrate your expertise in each language combination and specialisation you specify.

No, you have full freedom to work with your own tools at your pace. We of course have our own recommendations, but the choice is ultimately yours. You’re the expert here.

You set your own rates! We encourage everyone to establish the rates they think are fair. It’s important to us to give you the freedom to choose.

No, we will do it for you. We will gather all the projects carried out in a specific month in a single PDF invoice with the TAX information and payment method provided in your profile.

Please enter the combination of numbers and letters you use to identify yourself to the country in which you pay your taxes. If you are an individual, this is the identification number you use to pay your individual taxes.

Once a project is delivered, the client has 14 days to request changes. After this period, you may only receive their Revenue after the order has been marked completed.
Revenues may be withdrawn via these two options:

– Withdraw to your PayPal Account – fees apply depending on the country.

– IBAN Transfer – from 0.41% per transfer, fees vary depending on currency.

Our support team is there to solve any questions regarding the platform functionality (i.e. problems registering or during set up of the profile, questions about the services you can offer…) or acting as a mediator in a conflict with the buyer.

We are constantly adding new languages, but unfortunately for the moment we can’t offer all the languages we want. You will be notified as soon as we add new ones.

Yes, you can always edit your profile and add any language combinations or specializations. But please, keep in mind that every new package will need to be validated in order to be displayed to the buyers.

You can also change your password, change the rates, delete language combinations… If you have any questions about registration, please email our support team.
